Ingredients:
- 2 cups Stoneybrook Tropical Mix
- Splash of Orange Juice
- Coconut
- Chia Seeds
Method:
Add your Tropical Mix and a splash of Orange Juice to a blender and blend on high for three minutes. You want to make sure this has a thick texture.
Transfer into your desired glass and add your Coconut and Chia seeds for serving. This is just like a Tropical Nice Cream for a hot summer's day.
