Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of Stoneybrook Blueberries
- 1 cup of Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup of Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Hemp seeds and Coconut to serve
Method:
Start by adding Chia seeds, milk and maple syrup into a bowl and mix well. Store in the fridge for one hour.
Grab your desired glass or bowl and start to layer the yoghurt, chia pudding and blueberries till you reach the top.
Add your toppings and enjoy!
