Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- A handful of Stoneybrook Blueberries
- Chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Add all of your ingredients except the blueberries and chocolate into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into your baking dish. Add your chocolate and blueberries on top.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown on top. We added some coconut yoghurt for an extra delicious flavour!
