Mango Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Stoneybrook frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup of Coconut yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup of vanilla protein flavour (you can do less if you have a strong flavoured protein)
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Toppings of your choice

 

Method:

Add all of your ingredients into your blender, blend on high until you have a smooth texture. If your blender is struggling to mix you can add a dash of juice, milk or more coconut yoghurt. Remember you want to keep this as thick as possible.

Once you have the desired texture transfer it into a bowl and start adding your toppings. We used mango, blueberries, coconut flakes, pistachios, hemp seeds and granola.
