Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- Brioche bread
Toppings:
- Maple Syrup
- Coconut yoghurt
- Stoneybrook Mixed Berries
Method:
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Dip the brioche bread into the mixture until lightly covered on both sides. Cook on medium heat for about 4 mins each side. Top with coconut yoghurt, mixed berries and maple syrup.
