Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Stoneybrook frozen raspberries
- 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
- 1 tbsp Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 3 tbsp almond milk
Method:
Add all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. Then add all of the wet ingredients except the raspberries. Mix well. Add in your raspberries and slowly mix together.
Add your mixture into your favourite mug and pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Add some extra raspberries on top and you’re ready to go.
