Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Toppings:

  • Stoneybrook Mixed Berries
  • Banana
  • Pistachios
  • Hazelnut
  • Hemp seeds
  • Coconut Flakes

Method:

Mix the yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla protein powder and vanilla essence in a bowl. Add your favourite toppings.
