Ingredients:
- 2 cups of natural yoghurt
- 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Toppings:
- Stoneybrook Mixed Berries
- Banana
- Pistachios
- Hazelnut
- Hemp seeds
- Coconut Flakes
Method:
Mix the yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla protein powder and vanilla essence in a bowl. Add your favourite toppings.
