Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Stoneybrook Mixed Berries
- 1 x block of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup icing sugar ( add more or less for desired sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 300g of dark chocolate
- 12 tart shells
Method:
Add all of your ingredients (except the mixed berries and chocolate) into a blender and blend on medium. Add in your mixed berries.
Once blended, spoon your mixture into the tarts evenly (use a knife to flatten any mixture that is sitting above the tart shell).
Melt your dark chocolate and add a spoonful on top of the berry mixture. We added pistachio for a pop of colour. Add into the fridge for 15 minutes for the chocolate to set and you are all done.
